1. Orders and Checkout

If you already have an account with us, you may log in before placing your order. If you do not have an account, you may be prompted to create one, or you may choose to check out as a guest where available.

Please make sure all order information is accurate before completing your purchase. Once an order is submitted, changes may not always be possible, especially for customized or made-to-order products.

Auremosa currently accepts the following payment method:

All payments are processed securely through PayPal. Auremosa does not directly collect, store, or process your full credit card, debit card, or bank account information.

5. Pricing and Product Information

We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, prices, and availability. However, errors may occasionally occur.

Auremosa reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to update product information at any time without prior notice.

Product images are for reference only. Because many Auremosa products are handmade, customized, or made with natural materials, slight variations in color, texture, pattern, size, or finish may occur. These variations are part of the natural and handcrafted character of the product and are not considered defects.

6. Custom and Made-to-Order Products

Some Auremosa products may be custom-made or made to order based on customer requirements, uploaded images, design preferences, dimensions, or other specifications.

By submitting custom requirements or images, you confirm that you have the legal right to use such materials and that they do not infringe the rights of any third party.

Custom or made-to-order products may require additional production time. Once production has started, cancellations, changes, returns, or refunds may be limited or unavailable unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Auremosa will process and ship orders according to the shipping information provided at checkout and the shipping terms stated on our website.

Delivery times may vary depending on the product type, customization requirements, destination country, customs clearance, and carrier conditions.

Once your order has been shipped, we may provide tracking information when available.

Auremosa is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, carrier delays, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

Product prices and shipping fees may not include customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by your country or region.

Any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated in writing.

Auremosa has no control over customs charges and cannot predict the exact amount that may be charged by local authorities.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Once the artwork has been shipped, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds for non-quality-related reasons, including change of mind, incorrect size selection, personal preference, or no longer needing the item. However, your purchase is still protected. If the artwork arrives damaged during transportation, or if the item received is significantly different from the confirmed order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the artwork, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution.

Custom, personalized, made-to-order, or specially commissioned products are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation once production has started, except where the item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the specifications, design, size, materials, or other order details confirmed and agreed upon before production.

10. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us promptly at info@auremosa.com and include your order number, clear photos of the product, photos of the packaging, and a description of the issue.

We will review the case and may offer a replacement, repair, partial refund, or other appropriate solution depending on the circumstances.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Auremosa website, including product images, text, logos, graphics, designs, videos, and website layout, is owned by or licensed to Auremosa and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or use any website content without our prior written permission.

12. User-Submitted Content

If you upload images, artwork, designs, text, or other materials for customization, you grant Auremosa the limited right to use those materials solely for the purpose of reviewing, designing, producing, and fulfilling your order.

You are responsible for ensuring that any materials you submit do not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auremosa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or purchase of our products.

Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
